My 70 year old mother loves gardening and this thing is great. The kneeling foam is really thick and cushy.the sides are sturdy enough to help her up. The side pouch is useless if you flip the kneeler to a chair often. She also takes it to the cemetery to visit family. Easy fold down and carry.

I just unboxed Garden Kneeler and Seat. I purchased it mainly for kneeling and found that it felt perfect against my knees. The sidebars are a great brace while getting into and out of position. On the first try in sitting, there is a slight wobble or give, mainly because the legs were not fully open. After that, the seat feels very sturdy.
To fold the Garden Kneeler and Seat, you must squeeze the spring-loaded lever, as pictured. I reserve the right to change my review after I actually use it in my garden.

Seems to be sturdy and well made. The test of time will see how well. I garden both at home and as a volunteer at our local Arb. No reason someone my age can�t ameliorate some aches and pains by making a concession here and there.
